Celebrating lay ministry in Bath and Wells
The Celebration of Lay Ministry is an opportunity to give thanks for the many gifts and ministries offered by people across the Diocese of Bath and Wells.
This year we are holding a Lay Ministry Day at Flourish House, Wells on Saturday 6 June, for all who currently hold a commended role within their parish such as Lay Worship Assistant or Lay Pastoral Assistant.
There will also be information on courses and pathways for different ministries. It is a fantastic opportunity to see what you might get involved with or be inspired by.

- Encouragement to join support groups in deaneries
- Space for prayer – using the prayer boxes for this year
- Workshops to think more deeply and widely about ministry
